We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so we strive to make our return process as easy as possible.

STORE CREDIT ONLY

To the Hilt accepts returns for online store credit only. Items must be returned within the return timeframe and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items must be unused and unwashed, with no signs of wear, damage, or alterationStore credit will be issued to your account or via email after we receive and inspect your returned item(s). If returned items don’t meet our criteria or are outside of the return timeframe, we reserve the right to send the item(s) back to you with no store credit issued.


ONLINE RETURN TIMEFRAMES

Initiate your return through the return portal within 10 days of delivery. After approval, you have 4 days to ship the item(s) back.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY RETURN TIME FRAME
For local pickup orders, send an email to dresstothehilt@gmail.com within 10 days of your order being marked as delivered to request a return.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items purchased with a discount of 20% or more or marked as final sale cannot be returned.

 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Returns are free if Redo was purchased at checkout. If Redo wasn’t purchased, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

We cannot edit orders once they are placed. Orders can only be cancelled for store credit.

 

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS

We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing by the customer. Product colors may vary due to photography, lighting, and monitor settings; patterns may also vary. These do not qualify as defects.

 

EXCHANGES

You can exchange your item for a new product through our Return Portal as long as all criteria are met. If you need your new item(s) quickly, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item(s) instead of submitting an exchange request. If the item(s) you’re requesting in an exchange sells out before your exchange is processed, you’ll receive store credit instead.
